Wine of Origin: Western Cape South Africa
Vinification: Grapes harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness and fermented on skins until dry. Wines pressed to stainless steel vessels for completion of malolactic fermentation. Further maturation after racking also takes place in stainless steel vessels from where wines are prepared for bottling.
Tasting notes: Blackcurrant aromas, full bodied fruit flavours, vanilla and hints of cocoa with a delicate finish.
