Wine of Origin: Western Cape South Africa
Vinification: Cool hand harvested grapes are crushed immediately and the juice left for overnight settling. Cool fermentation of clear juice. Wines left on fine lees until just before preparation for bottling.
Tasting notes: Papaya bouquet, with subtle flavours of pineapple, pears and apricot, citrus aromas, summery.
