Vinification: Cool hand harvested grapes are crushed immediately and the juice left for overnight settling. Cool fermentation of clear juice. Wines left on fine lees until just before preparation for bottling.
Tasting notes: Soft floral aromas with a crisp, honeyed flavour and a smooth, delicately sweet citrus finish.
