Wine of Origin: Western Cape South Africa
Vinification: Hand picked grapes selected from 25-year-old bush vines in decomposed granite soil. Destemmed and fermented for 5 days on skins, pressed, and then aged in French oak for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Spicy aromas of white pepper and cloves with black berries and cinnamon. Chocolate and vanilla notes from oak barrels.
