Wine of Origin: Western Cape South Africa
Vinification: Cool hand harvested grapes are crushed immediately and the juice left for overnight settling. Cool fermentation of clear juice. Wines left on fine lees until just before preparation for bottling.
Tasting notes: Tropical bouquet with hints of citrus, kiwi, lime, melon and passion fruit, fresh and zingy.
